It’s Conservative Comedy time at the Strident Conservative where I bring you some of the best conservative political and religious comedy, jokes, and satire on the internet, sure to provide a good laugh to begin your weekend.

With Hillary increasingly looking likely to end up in the big house instead of the White House, Joe Biden is thought to be kicking his creaky campaign machinery into gear. Of course, he has something of a financial disadvantage owing to the fact that he hasn’t been actively fundraising yet (nor, like Hillary, selling American influence abroad). But this might well be counterbalanced by adding a popular minority-status VP candidate, Elizabeth Warren.

Frankly, the possibilities of this pairing seem like comedy gold, and darned if The Conservative Comic at Hope n’ Change is going to use up all our jokes now in case we need to stretch them out over the next year.

Jodi Miller at Newsbusted takes us into the weekend with these headlines: Congress is in recess, Obama is doing all he can to ensure ISIS’s survival, and Donald Trump’s plans to simplify the tax code. Additional stories include: An Iowa Taco Bell builds a meth lab, a poll showing Hillary Clinton isn’t trustworthy, and a the heat wave across America creates a problem for illegal immigrants. She wraps up her show with a story on rapper Lil B and his endorsement of Bernie Sanders.
