Some lies are so preposterous that observers can’t help but wonder if the liar in question might have a squishy, rotting, grapefruit-sized tumor where their brain should be.

In this case, the Conservative Comic at Hope n’ Change is referring to Nancy Pelosi, who is no stranger to lying but has just delivered what might be a career best. Specifically, Nancy has declared that there’s no point in Republicans or Tea Party types trying to seek any governmental spending cuts ever again, because “the cupboard is bare. There’s (sic) no more cuts to make.”
