Welcome to the Christmas 2018 BONUS Edition of Conservative Comedy Friday. Why is it called a bonus edition? Well, as Clark Griswold reminds us in Christmas Vacation, everyone deserves a little extra this time of year, and it should be more than a one-year membership to the Jelly-of-the-Month Club.
So, I hope you’ll enjoy this second helping of Christmas-themed conservative comedy (the first round was last Friday). I guarantee that it’s better than a jelly club membership.
Isn’t it great how Republicans are playing the role Santa Claus during the current spending negotiations? They’re giving away money stolen from taxpayers or borrowed from China as presents to all the “nice” special interests while delivering coal in the stockings of “naughty” conservatives in the form of broken promises to reduce spending and rein in big government.
In reality, this is typical behavior for the spineless #Unibrow party this time of year. In fact, along with cold weather, snow, and colorful decorations, it’s another sign that Christmas is near. In this new song parody by Reason TV’s Remy, we see how this year-end rush to maintain the tax and spend status quo is proof that “It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas (EV Tax Credit Edition).”

It was December, 2017 when Trump proclaimed that the White House would be a place where the words “Merry Christmas” would be heard once again. To commemorate his declaration, the folks at Bad Lip Reading produced this video of Donald and Melania reminding America that “Christmas time is here again, so shove it up your vegan face.”
