After radical left-wing homosexual activists forced the resignation of Mozilla CEO Brendan Eich a year ago, liberal atheist Bill Maher of the HBO television program Real Time With Bill Maher, said that he believes in the existence and power of what he called the “gay mafia.”
“I think there is a gay mafia. I think if you cross them, you do get whacked. I really do.”
In the days since the passage of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act in Indiana, it would appear that Maher is on to something, as we see in this example from one of the largest pro-homosexual groups in the Rocky Mountain region in response to the furor that followed the RFRA’s passage. In a piece from Conservative Colorado:
Today, in a stunning statement, Jeran Artery, Chairman of Wyoming Equality posted on his Facebook page that churches who do not support same-sex marriage should lose their tax-exempt status.
“Churches that lobby to have freedoms and rights taken away from ANYONE should absolutely have their 501(c)3 status revoked!!”
I guess tolerance isn’t a character trait you find when dealing with a mafia organization, even though that’s exactly what they are demanding for themselves. I think Michael Corleone sums them up pretty well:
But this is just one example of the mobster mentality of the homosexual “family.”
They recently unleashed numerous threats of violence and arson against a tiny pizzeria in Indiana when they expressed an opinion opposing homosexual marriage. The owners, in fear for their lives, were forced to close temporarily. While they have been saved by a GoFundMe campaign led by Dana Loesch, their lives are forever changed because they believe in the right to practice their religious beliefs.
There is one thing worse than the homosexual thuggery we have witnessed during this affair, and that’s the pathetic cowardess we have since witnessed from the RINO politicians who allowed themselves and the people they represent to surrender to the extortionist’s demands.
Such as Governor Mike Pence—who can kiss his 2016 presidential aspirations good-bye—as he led the charge calling for “fix” to the Indiana RFRA. A fix by the way that essentially neutered the RFRA—something the RINOs should know really well since they lack the balls to stick to their principles—and now provides for the criminal prosecution of Christians if they exercise the rights they supposedly have under the RFRA.
While the “fix” claims to maintain the religious liberty law in Indiana, it forbids Christian businesses from using the law to decline offering services for homosexual weddings. Christian business owners—florists, bakers, caterers, and others—will now be forced to provide service for religious ceremonies that go against their “deeply held religious beliefs.” It carves out exemptions for churches, ministers, and overtly religious organizations—we’ll see how long that lasts—but not for Christians who run a for-profit business.
As I have documented in the past, the radical homosexual agenda has one primary objective: the destruction of religion, specifically Christianity.
Sadly, the situation in Indiana shows us once again how the Gay Mafia whacks religious freedom.
