A few weeks ago, I wrote an article about government-mandated COVID vaccine passport programs and how they would be coming soon to cities across America. But I need to make a correction to that article because they won’t be arriving soon . . . they’re already here!
I’ve written a lot about how coronavirus hysteria has been a “never let a crisis go to waste” opportunity for government tyrants to destroy liberty and create a new socialist state or worse, a New World Order — a claim that some in Christian and conservative circles have told me is “bad theology” or a “conspiracy theory,” even though a NWO in response to the so-called pandemic is the expressed goal of the World Economic Forum under an agenda known as The Great Reset.
Earlier this year, we learned that digital COVID vaccine passports were being jointly developed by a group of health and technology companies (key partners in The Great Reset) who believed that governments and businesses would soon require proof of being vaccinated before life would be allowed to return to “normal.”
In a likely precursor to government-mandated COVID vaccine passports, a United Kingdom plan to issue digital ID cards for British citizens was announced last fall that would “transform” the British government’s use of data collected on its citizens. Current and former UK officials saw the creation of a digital ID card program as the perfect solution to relaxing the lockdowns and social distancing laws created during coronavirus hysteria.
This led to an announcement earlier this month of an European Union plan to create a COVID vaccine passport known as the Digital Green Pass:
The Digital Green Pass should facilitate Europeans‘ lives.
The aim is to gradually enable them to move safely in the European Union or abroad – for work or tourism.

In American, a “vaccination record” program was launched in December 2020 by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) — wasn’t Trump still president then? — as a way to track vaccine compliance, and this led to calls for the U.S. government to create a COVID vaccine passport program.
In a recent report by the Boston Globe, we learned about a COVID vaccine passport trial program that was tested in New York City at Madison Square Garden and the Barclays Center in order for fans to attend sporting events using a smartphone app or a printed QR code that verified either that they’d been vaccinated or had tested negative for the coronavirus within the previous 72 hours.
Based on this “success,” NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo just announced the nation’s first “voluntary” COVID vaccine passport program dubbed the “Excelsior Pass,” an app that will allow New Yorkers to prove their vaccination status, or recent history of a negative COVID-19 test, in order to gain entry to events and businesses.
“Similar to a mobile airline boarding pass, individuals will be able to either print out their pass or store it on their smartphones using the Excelsior Pass Wallet app.
“Each Pass will have a secure QR code, which participating businesses and venues can scan using a companion app to verify proof of COVID-19 negative test results or proof of vaccination. An individual’s data is kept secure and confidential at all times.”
“Secure and confidential?” When it comes to government’s motivations, protecting privacy has never been the prime directive. Just like the post-9/11 PATRIOT Act, COVID vaccine passports will be designed to make the names, phone numbers, and locations of people easily available to the government in real-time.

Regardless of the inevitable loss of liberty and the expansion of government tyranny, COVID passports are likely to become the “new normal” after, as Reason.com points out, Washington takes them national.
“The Biden administration and private companies are working to develop a standard way of handling credentials — often referred to as ‘vaccine passports’ — that would allow Americans to prove they have been vaccinated against the novel coronavirus as businesses try to reopen,” The Washington Post reported over the weekend. (emphasis mine)
And just like the trial programs already underway, government will likely have access to information it isn’t entitled to access.
“If you have your health records attached to something you have to carry that has to be verified, you have created an opening into the most private data you have,” Member of Parliament David Davis last week cautioned fellow British lawmakers considering vaccine passport requirements. “It is straight away a problem and it will grow because, inevitably, once we have the mechanism, it is common sense that people will try to use it for other uses and it will grow and grow.”
That’s the next concern. Having already expanded beyond air travel to encompass access to sports and concert arenas, it’s easy to see COVID-19 being only the first entry in credentials designed to be scalable. They can all be easily tweaked to record conformity with any imaginable public health requirement. Underground entrepreneurs certainly anticipate a large role for such documents—they’ve established a brisk business selling bogus vaccine certificates to buyers unable or unwilling to secure the real thing.
A year-plus into the COVID-19 pandemic, health passports are far too late to mitigate the damage done by lockdowns, surveillance, and travel restrictions. Even so, they’re almost guaranteed to be a part of the world to come. (emphasis mine)
Selling bogus vaccine certificates? Gee, if there was only some way to keep that from happening, say . . . some sort of mark or implant given to each person. Nah, that would be a theologically unsound conspiracy theory.
Biden got the ball rolling on a federal COVID vaccine passport program in one of his first executive orders back in January when he ordered federal agencies to evaluate the idea of creating digital certificates for all vaccinated US citizens.
Government’s COVID vaccine passports are a direct threat to liberty. And when they become mandatory — as they most certainly will — government will be able to use them to track our every move. COVID vaccine passports will also create a two-tiered society where unvaccinated people might not be able to travel, shop, or get a job.
Unable to buy or sell. That sounds familiar for some reason (Rev. 13:17).
For those who consider the Bible reference as evidence of me being theologically unsound or a conspiracy theorist, I have another little tidbit for you to chew on; using a “mark” as proof of being vaccinated has literally already been worked on.
Thanks to funding provided by the false prophet of coronavirus, Bill Gates, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has developed a system to track the vaccination records of children by embedding the information directly to their skin in the form of a tattoo. However, researchers would like to eventually use sensors injected into the body to do the job.
Putting aside theology and conspiracy theories for a moment, this is an undeniable and direct threat to liberty.
