The parallel between COVID vaccine mandates and Nazi Germany

Despite the near certainty of receiving a fresh round of accusations calling me a right-wing conspiracy theorist, I’m writing another article about the similarities between COVID tyranny and 1940s Nazi Germany, this time the parallels between vaccine mandates and the medical experimentation conducted on the Jews during the Holocaust.

Last month, I wrote an article pointing out the parallel between today’s COVID vaccine passports and a similar health-tracking system that was used in Nazi Germany.

Beginning with Europe, I documented how in September 2020, the United Kingdom announced a plan to develop and eventually mandate COVID vaccine passports for British citizens — an idea supported by current and former officials who believed that the so-called pandemic provided an opportunity to create such a program as the solution to relaxing lockdowns and social distancing laws.

This was followed in March 2021 by the European Union with the release of the Digital Green Pass, a COVID vaccine passport that Ursula von der Leyen, a German politician, physician, and President of the European Commission, said would “gradually enable [Europeans] to move safely in the EU or abroad for work or tourism.”

With COVID vaccine passport mandates spreading faster than the virus itself, a tidal wave of COVID tyranny has been sweeping the world, including within the United States.

But vaccine passport mandates are ineffective unless EVERYONE is vaccinated, which brings us to the parallel that exists between vaccine mandates and the medical experimentation conducted on the Jews in 1940s Nazi Germany. And just as before, we begin with Europe and Ursula von der Leyen.

Last week, Ursula von der Leyen told the press that she believes it to be both “understandable and appropriate” for EU member nations to consider mandatory vaccinations. This, after it became clear that a full third of Europeans have yet to undergo the jab, according to the BBC. (emphasis mine)

Specifically, she addressed the issue of mandatory vaccinations by saying that the matter “…needs discussion. This needs a common approach, but it is a discussion that I think has to be led.”

Last month, Austria announced that mandatory COVID vaccines are all but certain, with the government “preparing the legal groundwork for a general vaccine mandate” to come in February 2022, according to The Guardian. And with von der Leyen apparently prepared to take the idea to the four corners of the EU, some have raised the possibility that she wants to essentially throw out the Nuremburg Code.

The Nuremberg Code is a set of research ethics principles for human experimentation established during the Nuremberg trials against leading German physicians and administrators for their willing participation in war crimes and crimes against humanity during World War II.

Enacted in 1947, the Nuremberg Code was created to prevent the egregious human rights abuses enacted by the Nazis and the Imperial Japanese during the war, especially the abuses caused by forced medical experimentation on subjects without their consent.

In order for Ursula von der Leyen to succeed with vaccine mandates, the Nuremberg Code and the lessons of Nazi Germany will need to be thrown out (via The Post Millennial):

There were 10 conditions under which “physicians must conform when carrying out experiments on human subjects.” These include that the human subject must give “voluntary consent.” The Code states that this consent must be without undue “force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.”

A second condition is that the experimentation must be good for society, and not “random or unnecessary in nature.” The Code states that the human experimentation must be based on animal experimentation “and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.”

Additionally, there must not be a reason to “believe that death or disabling injury will occur,” unless physicians are also serving as subjects. “The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.”

Further aspects of the code require “proper preparation” and “adequate facilities” for the experimental subjects, the administration of the experiments by “scientifically qualified persons,” and the rights of the human subjects to be “at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.”

The final tenet of the Nuremberg Code on human medical experimentation is that “During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.” (emphasis mine)

The COVID vaccine isn’t a vaccine at all in the true sense of the word because it doesn’t provide a long-term immunity like the existing vaccines for measles, polio, chickenpox and smallpox. Rather, it is an experimental nucleic acid preparation which falls under the Coronavirus Treatment Acceleration Program created by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Vaccine mandates are the epitome of government overreach when it comes to the legality of forcing medical procedures onto citizens without their consent or restricting their movements until they comply.

And while the degrees and types of experimentation are different, this overreach is clearly reminiscent of the forced medical experimentation that occurred in Nazi Germany.
