Coronavirus hysteria has created a perfect storm where digital vaccine passports are being used as a model to replace the credit report system with a totalitarian “social credit system” like the one used in Communist China.
Health and technology companies have been developing digital COVID vaccine passports under the belief that governments and businesses would require proof of being vaccinated before allowing things to return to “normal.”
COVID vaccine passports have been promoted by the World Economic Forum as part of their plan to use coronavirus hysteria to begin creating a the New World Order to address the so-called pandemic, using a plan they call The Great Reset. The primary objective of The Great Reset is the creation of a global “technocracy” that requires the close cooperation between the heads of the digital industry and of governments.
The beginnings of a government-mandated COVID vaccine passports took place in December 2020 when the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) launched “vaccination record” cards to track compliance. The CDC said these cards were merely intended to help Americans keep track of their vaccination schedule, but the reality is that cards can be lost or forged, making the need for digital COVID vaccine passports essential for government’s plan to control our daily lives.

Planning to celebrate your vaccination with a night out at the movies, or dinner, or a day at the ballpark? You might need to bring your passport — vaccine passport, that is.
It has already happened in New York City, at Madison Square Garden, and the Barclays Center. Starting in late February, hundreds of fans attending Brooklyn Mets or New York Rangers games have displayed a smartphone app or a printed QR code that verified either that they’d been vaccinated or had tested negative for the coronavirus within the previous 72 hours.
Delighted sports fans used the Digital Health Pass system from IBM, one of a number of vaccine verification systems under development by technology companies and major global organizations.
Back in January, Joe Biden — who last week suggested creating a police state Gestapo that would go door-to-door and force people to get vaccinated — ordered federal agencies to evaluate the idea of creating digital certificates for all vaccinated US citizens, similar to the IBM Digital Health Pass.
What does this have to do with your credit report and the creation of a totalitarian “social credit system?”
Last month, House Financial Services Committee Chairman Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) and other Democrats held hearings to discuss ways to dramatically overhaul of the credit reporting system within the United States because, just like criminal background checks, credit reports are “racist.”
“Good credit is a gateway to wealth. Yet, for far too long, our credit reporting system has kept people of color and low-income persons from access to capital to start a small business; access to mortgage loans to become homeowners; and access to credit to meet financial emergencies.” (emphasis mine)
If her legislation — the Comprehensive CREDIT Act and the Protecting Your Credit Score Act of 2021 — becomes law, credit score reporting will be taken over and run by the federal government. According to Waters, this will make credit reporting “less racist.”
Since credit reports are used for purposes other than borrowing money (renting a home, applying for a job, etc.), a system where credit isn’t the only consideration just might be a better option. That’s where COVID vaccine passports re-enter the picture.
Experts in the tech industry tell us that the digital platform used by vaccine passports is the same platform used in China’s “social credit system.“ Some of the areas tracked in real time by China’s “social credit system” are (via New Horizons):
- Medical history
- Social media posts and internet search history
- Bank accounts and credit cards
- Residence, employment, and criminal history
- Relationships and religious activities
- Political activity
This information is fed to a central database to create a “social credit score” to be used to reward or punish citizens.
Those with a high score are able to participate freely in society while those with a low score are prohibited from traveling, borrowing money, keep a job, or even get their children into school.
Vaccine passports may be designed to track COVID compliance, but a social credit system could be created with little effort since they both use the same platform.
The Boston Globe article points out how government-mandated COVID vaccine passports could lead to a social credit system:
Meanwhile, civil libertarians fear that vaccine passports could jeopardize our privacy. If people are required to display them wherever they go, governments could use them to track people’s movements. They also argue the passports will create a two-tiered society in which unvaccinated people might not be able to travel, shop, or get a job.
“Vaccine passports are unproven, discriminatory, and they will put [us] at risk,” said Albert Fox Cahn, executive director of the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project. (emphasis mine)
If used to their full potential, vaccine passports could eventually be used to track and control every aspect of our lives, which meant that when — not if — government-mandated COVID vaccine passports become the new normal, we won’t be able to buy or sell without one.

By the way, for those ready to point a finger at those evil Democrats, let me remind you that Trump and the Republican Party made coronavirus passports and contact tracing a top priority with the help of Ivanka’s husband, Jared Kushner. Kushner’s coronavirus task force introduced the idea of a creating such a surveillance program in a policy proposal unofficially called the Patriot Act for Healthcare.
The technocrats creating COVID vaccine passports claim they will completely protect privacy, and Maxine Waters’ plans to overhaul the credit reporting system will make things completely “fair.”
But when it comes to our tyrannical government, protecting privacy and fairness are never the prime directive. All that matters is the creation of an totalitarian police state. And if Washington has its way, COVID vaccine passports and your credit report will make it happen.
