WHO to use EU digital COVID vaccine passport as model for creating global health certificates
An idea once considered the exclusive purview of conspiracy theorists is coming to pass with the announcement by the WHO (World Health Organization) to take the technology developed by the EU (European Union) to create a digital COVID vaccine passport and use it as a platform to create a global digital health certificate.
The new initiative will be called the Global Digital Health Certification Network (via ReclaimTheNet.org):
The WHO said it will “take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats.”
The EU’s Covid vaccine certificate was enforced in July 2021 and issued to over 2.3 billion people.
In a statement, WHO’s Director-General Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus said that “building on the EU’s highly successful digital certification network, WHO aims to offer all WHO Member States access to an open-source digital health tool.”
“New digital health products in development aim to help people everywhere receive quality health services quickly and more effectively,” he added.
The European Commissioner for Health and Food Safety, Stella Kyriakides said: “Today is a new chapter in global cooperation on digital health. It will help to place WHO at the center of our global health architecture.” (Emphasis mine)
The EU’s digital COVID vaccine passport is well-established.
In September 2020, the United Kingdom announced plans to develop and eventually mandate COVID vaccine passports for British citizens — an idea heavily promoted by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair then and now — under the belief that the so-called pandemic provided an opportunity to relax lockdowns and social distancing laws.
In March 2021, the European Union launched the Digital Green Pass, a COVID vaccine passport to “gradually enable [Europeans] to move safely in the EU or abroad for work or tourism.”
In an appearance earlier this year at the annual World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Blair made a push to see digital COVID passports go global. Blair emphasized the importance of a “technology and digital infrastructure” and the creation of a data collection system to track the vaccination or non-vaccination status of every person around the globe, and he called on the World Economic Forum, the World Trade Organization, the G20, G7, and other global organizations to force the nations of the world to comply with his global scheme.
The WHO plan to create a global health certificate based on the UK digital COVID vaccine passport is already endorsed by Joe Biden and he has launched a host of far-left “solutions” in the name of fighting COVID and future pandemics that will turn America into a defacto police state.
Under one of his first orders as president, Joe Biden instructed federal agencies to “evaluate” the idea of creating COVID vaccine passports (digital certificates) for all US citizens. In support of her boss, then-CDC Director Rochelle Walensky suggested that a health pass system allowing special access to certain venues for vaccinated individuals should be adopted in the United States. “I think some communities are doing that and that may very well be a path forward,” she stated in a CNN interview at the time.
Experts in the tech industry tell us that the digital platform used to create vaccine passports is the same as the one used in China’s “social credit system.” Some of the areas tracked in real time by China’s “social credit system” are (via New Horizons):
- Medical history
- Social media posts and internet search history
- Bank accounts and credit cards
- Residence, employment, and criminal history
- Relationships and religious activities
- Political activity
This information is fed to a central database to create a “social credit score” used to reward or punish citizens. Those with a high score are able to participate freely in society while those with a low score are prohibited from traveling, borrowing money, keeping a job, or even getting their children into school.
I’ve documented how digital vaccine passports like the one created by the UK will bring America one step closer to a digital, cashless society and a social credit system and, if successful, the WHO’s global health certificate will bring the whole world closer to that goal.
There’s also a frightening parallel between digital COVID vaccine passports and/or health certificates to Nazi Germany.
In 1940s Germany, the Main Office for Public Health of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party issued a health passport known as the gesundheitspass (health card. bill of health. health pass) to allegedly track the health of the German people. In reality, these passports became one of the many tools used by the Nazi Party to identify and weed out non-Aryans.
While we haven’t seen anything like the atrocities that occurred in Nazi Germany — at least, not yet — there are striking parallels. Hitler used health passes to control the daily lives of Jews and non-Aryans, and digital COVID vaccine passports will easily give the WHO and governments around the world the same kind of control.
Global governments and the technocrats working to push digital COVID vaccine passports claim they can completely protect privacy, but as we know all-too-well, protecting privacy is secondary to the globalist’s insatiable need for power and control over our daily lives. This means that despite the WHO’s assurances that digital COVID vaccine passports and health certificates will only be used to track compliance and protect the world, they can easily be used to create a New World Order.
Any doubt as to the end game behind the digital health certificate is eliminated under the yet-to-be realized global pandemic treaty — an agreement that surrenders America’s autonomy and increases the WHO’s ability to create a global digital passport and ID system capable of giving the United Nations the tools it will need to control the entire world population.
The treaty includes surveillance powers detailed in Article 10 (“Strengthening and sustaining capacities for pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and recovery of health systems”) and Article 17 (“One Health”) of the draft treaty. The treaty requires WHO member states to “build and reinforce surveillance systems” across both the public and private sector and to strengthen the WHO’s “One Health surveillance systems.”
Technology has been developed via private/public partnerships to create a digital currency, digital vaccine passports, digital health certificates, and a social credit system, and thanks to partnerships like the one between the EU and the WHO, the global elitist’s dream of a totalitarian police state is about to be realized.
